They ripped my bumper off half way and did not say anything to me as you do not get out of car at all here. I got a few miles away and was flagged down by a passing driver and i pulled over to find it hanging off and dragging. I zip tied it back on and drove home and filed a police report.
After the incident I had contact with the owner and went several times to meet with her to show her the damage. But every time i went she was NEVER THERE! Then I get an email saying "she does not feel responsible for what happened and any further questions or comments to please contact her attorney". So it went from "lets take a look at damage and see what we can do" to Several missed meetings in a week to "Please contact my attorney I do not feel we are responsible for the damage done to your car"
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!
They used brush to clean the rear of your vehicle, it will damage the car paint.
So be careful! I know she is the only car wash on the North Fork. But this is not the first story about this place and how this business owner handles things.
I tried multiple times to resolve this with the owner who knows my family and as per her words "Respects my mother very much" Who she also CONTACTED about this all and completely upset her as she wants nothing to do with it. It has nothing to do with her at all,
HOW ELSE DID IT HAPPEN?? All was fine with my car until I left the car wash. She is a trashy person who said "once car leaves my property its not my responsibility anymore!" She does not care at all and denies all!!
They do a great job detailing cars I have brought here and make them look like new. Great Staff
